The Inclusion, Access & Success (IAS) Committee shall be responsible for promoting human relations and human rights issues within the Association and Southern region. IAS supports underserved and underrepresented students and the professionals that work with them by creating programming and access to resources that focus on college preparation and the admission application process. As such, we provide outreach services to schools and students lacking a structured college planning program.
